Note: For the purpose of data protection laws, we act as the Data Processor for the Client Data, and the User (your business) acts as the Data Controller. We process Client Data solely on your behalf and instructions.
C. Information Collected Automatically (Usage Data)
When you and/or your Clients use the Platform, system automatically collect certain information about your device and usage:
Technical Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system, and platform (handled by third-party hosting providers)
Usage Data: Information about how you use the Platform, including pages viewed, time spent on pages, clickstreams, and crash reports.

Note for Clients: If you are a Client of a User and wish to exercise these rights over your appointment data, you must first contact the User (the business you booked with), as they are the Data Controller of your information. We will assist our Users in fulfilling your request.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
