This Refund Policy governs the cancellation and refund of subscription fees for the appointment booking Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, createbooking.website

 

1. General Principles

 

• Service Model: createbooking.website is a subscription-based service providing access to online booking and management tools. Access to the Service is provided immediately upon subscription payment.

• Fees: All fees are charged on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as selected by the User ("You").

• Currency: All fees are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)

 

2. Subscription Cancellations and No Refunds for Usage

 

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

• Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle (monthly or annual).

• No Refunds for Partial Periods: We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, downgrades, or unused time on an active account. For example, if you pay for an annual subscription and cancel six months into the term, you will not receive a refund for the remaining six months. Access to the Service will continue until the anniversary date of your last payment.

 

3. Annual Subscriptions - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

 

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee specifically for new annual subscriptions only, subject to the following conditions:

• Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to new users purchasing their first annual subscription plan. It does not apply to monthly plans, subscription renewals, plan upgrades, or subsequent annual purchases.

• Deadline: You must request a refund within 30 calendar days of the initial payment date for the annual subscription.

• Request Method: The refund request must be submitted via email to prashantd2011@gmail.com and must include your account email address and reason for cancellation.

• Refund Amount: If eligible, we will issue a full refund of the annual subscription fee.

 

4. Monthly Subscriptions

 

• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

• If you cancel a monthly subscription, you retain access until the end of your paid billing month, and no further charges will be applied.

 

5. Failed Payments and Account Suspension

• If a subscription payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to recharge the payment method.

• If payment cannot be successfully processed, we reserve the right to suspend or downgrade your account access to a free or limited tier until the outstanding payment is resolved. This suspension does not entitle you to a refund for the previously paid, unused subscription period.

 

6. Service Downtime and Force Majeure

• In the event of significant, unscheduled downtime of the Service (excluding scheduled maintenance) that exceeds [Specify time, e.g., 48 consecutive hours], you may be eligible for a credit equivalent to the prorated fee for the period of the outage. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), such as acts of God, war, terrorism, embargoes, or government orders. Refunds will not be issued due to such events.

 

7. Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• The processing time for refunds is typically 10 to 14 business days, though bank processing times may vary.

• We will only refund the exact amount paid to us; any associated transaction fees charged by your bank or payment gateways are your responsibility.
